Services & Process

What services do you offer?

There are three ways to work with Carolina, each designed as part of the Wardrobe Architect Method:

The Style Strategy Session (£369) is your starting point – a 90-minute session that gives you your style blueprint: body shape analysis, accent colour palette, and personalised outfit formulas. Available remotely worldwide.

The Wardrobe Edit (£999) is the full method – a three-hour session where Carolina builds 30 to 50 complete outfits from your existing wardrobe and delivers them as your personal Ready-to-Wear LookBook. Available in person in London and remotely.

Personal Shopping (£999 in person · £639 remote) is for when you are ready to add new pieces – strategically, with intention, and only once you know exactly what your wardrobe needs. Available in person in London and remotely.

Your £369 Style Strategy Session investment credits in full toward either the Wardrobe Edit or Personal Shopping if you continue.

What’s included in a Style Strategy Session?

A 90-minute virtual session with Carolina covering:

• Your Lifestyle Profiling Assessment – completed in advance so the session goes straight into strategy
• Body Shape Analysis – the lines, proportions, and structures that work specifically for you
• Your Accent Colour Palette – the shades that work with your natural colouring so you stop buying colours that disappoint
• Personalised Outfit Formulas – three to four combinations built around your body, lifestyle, and wardrobe
• A Digital Style Strategy Summary to keep – your blueprint in writing, yours to use immediately
• The psychology of your accent colours and how to use them as a visual tool in your professional and personal life

Your £369 credits in full toward the Wardrobe Edit or Personal Shopping if you continue.

How does the Wardrobe Edit work?

Once you book and pay, you receive a confirmation email with two things: a link to schedule your preparation session with Carolina, and your Personal Style Assessment to complete in advance.
The preparation session is a short video call where Carolina reviews your assessment and understands your lifestyle and goals before the Edit itself.
On the day of the Edit – in person in London or remotely – Carolina works through your wardrobe with you for three hours. She edits, restyles, and builds 30+ complete outfits from what you already own. Every look is photographed as you go.
Within a few days, you receive your Ready-to-Wear LookBook – a personal digital guide with every outfit organised by occasion. Getting dressed now takes three minutes.

What is the difference between the Wardrobe Edit and Personal Shopping?

The Wardrobe Edit works entirely with what you already own. Nothing new is purchased. Carolina builds 30+ complete outfits from your existing wardrobe and delivers them as your LookBook. Most clients are surprised by how much they already have.

Personal Shopping is for when your wardrobe foundations are clear and you want to add new pieces strategically. Carolina researches and pre-selects every item before your session – chosen specifically for your body shape, accent colours, and wardrobe gaps. Nothing is bought on a whim.

Most clients start with the Wardrobe Edit. When your wardrobe already works, shopping becomes optional rather than overwhelming.

How does Personal Shopping work?

Before your session, Carolina does all the research. Every piece is pre-selected for your body shape, accent colours, lifestyle, and specific wardrobe gaps – so when you arrive, everything is ready to try.
The session itself is three hours, in a private setting in London or online. You try, style, and build complete outfits together. Afterwards you receive a Style Report and LookBook with every outfit photographed and styled.

For remote Personal Shopping, Carolina manages the entire process – sourcing, ordering, and handling returns if needed.

How do I book?

For the Wardrobe Edit and Personal Shopping, you book and pay directly through the secure payment link on the service page. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your confirmation email with next steps – including a link to schedule your preparation session and your Personal Style Assessment.
For the Style Strategy Session, you book directly via the Calendly link on the session page.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. All services can be split into two payments: a 30% deposit to secure your date, and the balance due on the day of your session

How far in advance should I book?

Carolina typically books two to four weeks in advance. If you are working to a specific date or deadline, email carolina@monacomeraki.com directly and she will do her best to accommodate you.

Do I need to buy new clothes before my session?

No. The Wardrobe Edit works entirely with what you already own. That is the point of the method. Most clients discover they already own 70% of what they need –  they simply did not have a system for seeing it.

What if I do not have many clothes?

The method works regardless of wardrobe size. Carolina has built complete, functional LookBooks from wardrobes of 40 pieces. What matters is not the volume – it is the system.

Are online sessions as effective as in-person?

Yes. The method works equally well remotely. For the Wardrobe Edit, you go through your wardrobe on video with Carolina. For Personal Shopping, Carolina manages sourcing, ordering, and returns entirely. The results — and the LookBook — are the same.

Do you work with clients outside London?

Yes. The Style Strategy Session is usually remote or in-person in London. The Wardrobe Edit and Personal Shopping are both available remotely for clients anywhere in the world. In-person sessions are available in London, and Carolina is available to travel for in-person sessions outside London by arrangement.

I was very nervous ahead of my first speaking gig in 2025 and had no idea what to wear.

She advised me against the outfit I was leaning toward, and I’m so glad she did. The one she recommended worked perfectly. It matched my brand colours, felt right for the upcoming season, and gave me that polished yet confident look I needed on stage.

Carolina didn’t just stop at the outfit, she guided me on jewellery, shoes, and even spotted that I was missing a belt, which we added last minute. That attention to detail made all the difference.

The fact that I felt confident in what I was wearing helped me deliver my presentation with energy and ease.

About Carolina

Who is Carolina Marsoli?

Carolina Marsoli is a London-based personal stylist and the founder of Monaco Meraki and the Wardrobe Architect Method. She has styled 146+ women across the UK, Europe, Dubai, and the US – working primarily with executive women, consultants, and women building personal brands.
Her work is not trend-led. It is identity-led – focused on helping women build wardrobes from what they already own that reflect where they are going, not where they have been.
She has hosted workshops with the BBC, worked backstage at Toni&Guy’s 60th Anniversary Show, and worked with brands including Rixo and John Lewis.

What kind of clients do you work with?

Carolina works exclusively with women – primarily executives, directors, consultants, lawyers, founders, and women building personal brands. Her clients are high-functioning, time-poor, and done spending money on clothes that do not work together.
They are not looking for a fashion overhaul. They are looking for a system that makes their wardrobe work properly – once, and for good.

Methodology

What is the Wardrobe Architect Method?

The Wardrobe Architect Method is the framework Carolina Marsoli developed after working with hundreds of women who all had the same problem: a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear.

The method does not start with shopping. It starts with what you already own.

It works in three stages: first, understanding your body architecture and the specific lines and proportions that work for your structure, then building your accent colour palette – the exact shades that make your wardrobe cohesive and flattering – and finally creating your personalised outfit formulas that work across every area of your life.

The result is a wardrobe that functions as a system rather than a collection of individual pieces. Most clients discover they already own far more than they realised. They just did not have the framework to see it.

The method is delivered through the Style Strategy Session (90 minutes, the starting point) and the Wardrobe Edit (three hours, the full transformation).

How do you create a LookBook?

The LookBook is created during the Wardrobe Edit session. As Carolina works through your wardrobe building complete outfits from your existing pieces, every look is photographed. Each outfit is documented with the specific items used, how to wear them, and which occasions they work for. Within a few days of your session you receive your personal Ready-to-Wear LookBook as a digital document – every outfit organised by occasion and ready to use. Work looks, weekend looks, evening looks, everything in between.

The LookBook is not a mood board or an inspiration file. It is a functional daily reference. Most clients open it every morning and get dressed in under three minutes. It is also what makes the transformation last – because the system is documented and repeatable, not just something that felt good on the day.

The LookBook is included in the Wardrobe Edit (£999). It is not part of the Style Strategy Session, though many clients who complete the Session continue to the Edit specifically for this deliverable.

Do you offer colour analysis?

Yes – colour analysis is included in both the Style Strategy Session and the Wardrobe Edit as part of the Wardrobe Architect Method.

Carolina does not use a traditional seasonal colour analysis system. Instead, she builds your personal accent colour palette – the specific shades that work with your natural colouring, skin tone, and the wardrobe you already own.

The focus is practical: which colours make you look intentional and put-together, which ones create cohesion across your wardrobe, and which ones you should stop buying because they never quite work once you get them home.

You will also learn the psychology behind your accent colours – how different shades affect how others perceive you in professional settings – so you can use colour as a deliberate tool rather than a guessing game.
