Carolina Marsoli is the founder of Monaco Meraki, a personal styling practice based in London. She works with executive women, consultants, and women building personal brands – in person across London  and remotely worldwide.

I don’t style celebrities. I style ambitious women who want wardrobes that work as hard as they do.

My story
Seven years ago, I became a single mother of two boys in London. Going back was not the option. Neither was giving up.

I built Monaco Meraki from that place, with a clear understanding of colour, shape, and the belief that how a woman gets dressed in the morning affects everything that follows.

Over time, the pattern became obvious. Every client had a wardrobe full of clothes. Every client felt like she had nothing to wear. And none of them had a shopping problem.

They had a system problem.

The Wardrobe Architect Method is the framework I built to solve it.

It does not start with shopping. It starts with what you already own, and builds 30+ complete outfits from it. We define your body shape, your accent colour palette, your outfit formulas, and organise everything into a personal LookBook you can use immediately.

Clients don’t leave with a list of things to buy. They leave with a system that works, mornings that are effortless, and a wardrobe that reflects where they are going — not where they have been.

Style is not about clothes. It is about coherence. About walking into a room and having your outside match your inside. About removing a daily decision that should never have been taking thirty minutes.
