03. Carolina’s pre-selection
Before your session, Carolina researches and edits every item, chosen specifically for your body shape, accent colours, and wardrobe needs. When you arrive, nothing is random and nothing is wasted.
04. The shopping session – three hours, in person or remote
In person: a private, focused shopping experience in London where everything is ready to try and style together.
Remote: Carolina manages the entire process – sourcing, ordering, and handling returns if needed – from wherever you are.

Carolina typically books two to four weeks in advance. If you are working toward a specific event, trip, or deadline, email carolina@monacomeraki.com as early as possible and she will do her best to accommodate you.
DO I NEED TO HAVE DONE THE WARDROBE EDIT FIRST?
No — Personal Shopping is available as a standalone service. However, clients who have already completed the Wardrobe Edit tend to get significantly more from their shopping session, because they arrive knowing exactly what they own and precisely what is missing. If you have not yet done the Wardrobe Edit, Carolina will build that understanding through your Personal Style Assessment before the session.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING DOES NOT FIT OR I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER BUYING?
For in-person sessions, you only purchase what you love on the day — nothing is bought in advance that you have not tried. For remote sessions, Carolina manages the ordering process and handles returns on your behalf if anything does not work.
CAN I DO PERSONAL SHOPPING WITHOUT BEING IN LONDON?
Yes. The remote Personal Shopping service is fully managed by Carolina — she sources, orders, and if needed handles returns entirely. The experience is designed to be seamless from anywhere.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WARDROBE EDIT AND THE PERSONAL SHOPPING?
